Shipping & Delivery

Each volume is packed with the expectation that it should arrive in the same condition in which it left The Aureate Page.

Rare and collectible books require more care than ordinary retail goods. Packing methods are selected according to the size, binding, fragility, and value of the individual volume.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Particularly fragile or higher-value books may require additional preparation. If an unusual delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Packing

Books are protected against movement, abrasion, moisture, and impact using materials appropriate to the individual volume.

Depending on the book, this may include protective wrapping, rigid board protection, edge and corner protection, appropriately sized boxing, or additional reinforcement.

Dust jackets, slipcases, delicate bindings, loose components, and other vulnerable elements receive additional protection when appropriate.

Tracking

Domestic orders are shipped using a tracked service whenever available.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Please allow time for carrier tracking systems to update after a label is created.

Insurance & Signature

Insurance, signature confirmation, or another secure delivery service may be used for higher-value or unusually fragile books at our discretion.

Domestic Shipping

Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by The Aureate Page.

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery estimates do not include customs delays.

Damage in Transit

If a package arrives with visible damage, photograph the exterior packaging before opening it whenever possible.

Retain the book, carton, and packing materials and contact us promptly if the contents appear damaged.
