Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted when requested within the return period established by The Aureate Page and when the volume is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Final return eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the order and any applicable Shopify policy settings.

Initiating a Return
To request a return, contact The Aureate Page with:
- your order number
- the title of the volume
- the reason for the return
- photographs if the return concerns damage or a condition issue
Do not send a return shipment until return instructions have been provided.
Returned Condition
Returned books should be packed carefully and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Please retain the original packing materials when practical, particularly for fragile or higher-value volumes.
Damage caused by inadequate return packing may affect return eligibility or refund amount where permitted by applicable policy.
Return Shipping
Responsibility for return-shipping costs depends on the reason for the return and the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
If a return results from a materially inaccurate description, an incorrect item, or verified transit damage, return-shipping arrangements may differ from a discretionary return.
Specific return-shipping instructions will be provided when a return is authorized.
Materially Misdescribed Items
We make reasonable efforts to describe each volume accurately and disclose material faults known to us.
If you believe a book differs materially from its description, please contact us promptly with photographs and details of the issue so it can be reviewed.
Minor signs of age or use that are visible in the photographs or reasonably consistent with the written condition description are not necessarily considered material discrepancies.
Damage in Transit
If a shipment arrives damaged, please retain the book, shipping carton, and all packing materials.
Photographs of the package and damage may be required for carrier or insurance claims.
Please contact us as soon as practical so the situation can be reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued according to the payment method and Shopify procedures applicable to the order.
Original shipping charges, return-shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other fees may or may not be refundable depending on the reason for the return and applicable policy.
